End User License Agreement

Last updated: June 2026

This End User License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal agreement between you and Logsitter (we, us, our) governing your access to and use of the Logsitter website, dashboard, and Vercel integration (the Service). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for monitoring your own Vercel projects, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
  • Access data or projects you are not authorized to access, or attempt to circumvent the Service's security.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

3. Your data and accounts

You are responsible for the accounts, webhooks, and destinations you connect, and for keeping your credentials secure. Your use of data is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

4. Third-party services and plan requirement

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Vercel and Slack. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Logsitter relies on Vercel Log Drains, which are available only on the Vercel Pro and Enterprise plans. Maintaining an eligible Vercel plan is your responsibility, and the Service will not function without one.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update this Agreement; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every alert will be delivered. The Service is a monitoring aid and is not a substitute for your own operational practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
